Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hour20bakery.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Hour 20 Bakery, operated by Cultured Nature LLC ("Hour 20," "we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Ordering

We sell bread boxes in four sizes, as one-time purchases or as Bake Club subscriptions. Box contents rotate weekly and are curated by our bakers unless you select your own loaves. All products are perishable baked goods made in El Monte, California.

2. Delivery

We deliver within California only. Most California orders arrive the next day, subject to carrier performance. Delivery availability and fees depend on your ZIP code; some remote areas carry a delivery surcharge and a small number of ZIP codes cannot be served. Because our products are perishable, we are not responsible for spoilage caused by delivery instructions you provide (e.g., unattended drop-off locations).

3. Subscriptions

Bake Club subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose. You can pause, skip, swap box sizes, or cancel at any time from your account; changes lock four days before each delivery. If you cancel within 24 hours of being charged and before your box has shipped, we will refund that charge in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Promotional codes apply to first orders only unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Refunds

If your bread arrives damaged or you're not happy with it, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hour20bakery.com and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

6. Allergens

Our products are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, seeds, dairy, and eggs. While we honor the exclusion preferences you set, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise their own judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hour 20's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
