What makes a sourdough scone different?

Most scones are raised in minutes with baking powder alone. Ours rest on levain first, which relaxes the dough, deepens the flavor and keeps the center moist long after baking — golden and flaky outside, tender within.

Every scone is flash-frozen at its peak. Six to eight minutes at 350°F from frozen and the outside re-crisps while the middle stays soft — bakery-morning texture on your own schedule.
